Primary responsibilities:
·        Identify, communicate, and coordinate policies and requirements to Brebeuf community (staff, parents, students) regarding local, state, federal, and Midwest Province initiatives and guidelines.  Including, but not limited to: local Archdiocesan expectations; state graduation pathways and accreditation needs; federal ESSA, Title 2A, Title IV regulations; and Midwest Province sustaining agreement requirements.
·        Faculty evaluation (32 faculty and staff per year) and professional development for faculty of 72 and staff of 63
·        Direct curriculum design in all academic content areas
·        Chair the Department Chair meetings: create agenda, communicate notes, and future actions.
·        Chair the Department of Computer Science and Information and Media Services
·        Facilitate and promote education technology and integration in 1:1 BYOT (Bring Your Own Technology) learning environment
·        Analyze performance data and discipline to design and implement intervention strategies
·        Direct Mission and Identity initiatives including first and second year faculty/staff formation in Jesuit spirituality and education
·        Support admissions and marketing projects (parent outreach, communication in print, televised, and electronic media)
·        All budgeting and spending considerations for Professional Development, Computer Science academics, Newspaper, Title 2A and Title 4 funds ($153,000 in budgets)
·        Data reporting and accreditation record keeping with outside organizations such as the Indiana Department of Education, Archdiocese of Indianapolis, Independent Schools of the Central States, Jesuit Schools Network, and National Catholic Education Association
·        Instructor for The Brebeuf Arrow news publication class
